How to Load a Specific Theme via Group Policy

Open Group Policy Editor Press Windows + R, type gpedit.msc, and hit Enter.

Navigate to the Theme Policy Setting Go to: User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Control Panel > Personalization

Edit the “Load a specific theme” Policy

• Double-click “Load a specific theme”.

• Select Enabled.

• In the Options box, enter the full path to your .theme file. Example:

  %windir%\Resources\Themes\Aero.theme
  

Apply and OK 

run gpupdate /force
